as shown, a 2 color left chest print and a 3 color full back print on a (Gildan) heavyweight (royal blue) short sleeve t shirt. Your cost per shirt would be $9.50 each ($10.35 including sales tax) for sizes small – XL and $12.50 ($13.62 w/sales tax) for sizes XXL – 4XL. Let me know if you need any sizes larger than that and i will quote a price based on the size. There would also be an art charge for one hour art time, ie, $50 ($54.50 w/tax). My suggestion is that you tack on about $2 to the cost of each shirt to cover those art charges; assuming you have orders for more than 28 shirts, the art charges would be paid for. I think you said the reunion was in October? Please confirm the actual “in hand” date for your order. I wouldn’t need your final numbers until about 10 working days before the actual event but please let me know when i need to schedule the printing ahead of time. As i said, production time is generally 10 working days. Terms are 50% deposit required when the order is placed and the balance is due upon receipt of the order.
